ANALISIS PENDAPATAN INDUSTRI RUMAH TANGGA PENYULINGAN MINYAK DAUN CENGKEH (Syzygium aromaticum) MASYARAKAT SEKITAR HUTAN DESA GONGGONG KABUPATEN BANGGAI LAUT
Abstract
Indonesia was a country which located at kebayoran the equator and tropics and two seasons. Variegated plants can grow well, in various areas there were plants which can be used as a source of oil producer volatile is no exception in central Sulawesi that is one producer cloves who leaves are a raw materials making volatile oil. Gonggong village, which is located in the subdistrict of Central Banggai, Banggai Laut Regency, is one of the villages where there is a business in the production of clove leaf essential oil. The purpose of this study was to determine the income obtained from the income of the home industry of clove leaf oil refining (Syzygium Aromaticum L) in Gonggong Village, Banggai Laut Regency. Sampling used in this study using purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is a method of determining the sample in which the sample is selected based on certain considerations or criteria desired by the researcher because it is considered to be able to provide maximum information in accordance with the research objectives. The sample selected for this research is an essential oil refining business made from clove leaves. The sample used in this study is a household-scale distillation industry that is still active in processing clove leaf essential oil in Gonggong Village, Banggai Laut Regency. The income from the clove leaf oil refining industry in Gonggong Village, Banggai Laut Regency, during production within a period of 3 months amounted to Rp. 4,257,280 from the calculation of revenues and total costs. Average oil production per month was 76.6667 Kg.
