Abstract
Social Forestry is an agenda driven by the government and is expected to reduce poverty and conflicts related to access rights to land resources. Implementing Social Forestry is vital in the inessential lives of the poor, supporting regional development and sustainable forest resource management. Community Forests (HKm) are part of Social Forestry in state forests aimed at local communities, to be utilized optimally and fairly through capacity building and providing access to improve community welfare and efforts to improve their abilities and independence. This research was conducted for two months, from January to February 2021. The research location is Wombo Kalonggo Village. The data collection techniques in research include open interviews using question guides, field observations, and in-depth interviews. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The data analysis used consisted of descriptive analysis. The characteristics of the community forest in Wombo Kalonggo apply the Agroforestry pattern. However, optimization is needed in utilizing agroforestry schemes at the stage of production, processing of results, and marketing of business results.
