KEANEKARAGAMAN JENIS TUMBUHAN OBAT DI DESA BUKIT MAKMUR KECAMATAN BOLANO LAMBUNU KABUPATEN PARIGI MOUTONG

Abstract

Medicinal plants are medicinal plants that can relieve pain, increase endurance, prevent and heal disease. There have been many uses of natural materials as traditional medicines in Indonesia by our ancestors since centuries ago until now there are still. The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity of medicinal plant species found in Bukit Makmur Village, Bolano Lambunu District, Parigi Moutong Regency. This research was conducted using the double plot method, with a plot size of 20m x 20m consisting of 25 plots. The results of research conducted in Bukit Makmur Village, Bolano Lambunu District, Parigi Moutong Regency, it can be concluded that the species diversity found at the study site consisted of 35 types. With H` belonging to the medium category. Calculation of the important value index of medicinal plant species that dominated at the tree level was Mangifera minor with an IVI of 92.82%, at the pole level was the type of Musa acuminata of 57.14%, at the sapling level was Jatropha gossypiifolia L of 139.2%, at the seedling or understorey level was Hyptis capitata jacq of 19.44%, Diversity Index Value (H' ) with the level of the tree obtained by 1.56 (medium). Diversity index at the pole level obtained a value of 1.72 (medium). The diversity index (H') at the sapling level obtained a value of 1.37 (medium). The diversity index (H') at the seedling level obtained a value of 2.96 (medium).
