Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the parties in mangrove forest management and the role of the parties in the management of the Mangrove Forest in Pulias Village and Labuan Lobo Village, Ogodeide District, Toli-Toli Regency and determine the influence and interests of stakeholders based on the main tasks of each stakeholder. The collection of samples is based on certain criteria in accordance with the research objectives to be achieved. The selection of respondents was based on the consideration that the respondent was a member of the group and had been involved in mangrove forest management. The analysis used is stakeholder analysis. The results of this study are parties who have a major role in managing mangrove forests in Pulias Village, namely KPH Gunung Dako and KTH Teluk Pulias. While in Labuan Lobo Village, the party who has a big role in managing mangrove forests is the Labuan Lobo Village Government. Based on the influence and interests of the parties are mapped into four categories which are grouped as follows: Management in Pulias Village, (1) Key players : KPH Gunung Dako and KTH Teluk Pulias (2) Subject : PT PLN Tolitoli (3) Context Setter : University students Madako and Community (4) Crowd : Village Government, Tourism Office, Cooperative Service and Tadulako University Students. Meanwhile, Management in Labuan Lobo Village, (1) Key players : Village Government (2) Subject : Community (3) Context Setter : STIE Tolitoli College Students (4) Crowd : Tourism Office and Tadulako University Students.
